Ichigo Ichie is a fine-dining kappo restaurant inspired by the Japanese philosophies of ichigo ichie and sanpō yoshi.

Ichigo ichie, an ancient Japanese proverb loosely translated as ”one life, one moment”, applies to an unforgettable experience that one cherishes for a lifetime. ‘Sanpō Yoshi’, a code of social and commercial behaviour rooted in Edo Japan of the 17 thcentury that emphasises relationships, prizing trust and ‘giving back’, especially through acts of reciprocity .

The restaurant features authentic Japanese flavours interpreted through Chef Akane Eno’s artistic sensibilities, driven by the seasons, and celebrating high-quality, exquisite ingredients. Each moment, though transient, promises to be an encounter between chef and diner to be cherished for a lifetime.
